PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support the execution of the ILS, MMIS and Train Simulator works, by :
- Coordinating ILS activities regarding TMT scope within Tel Aviv Green Line project
- Ensuring that contractual obligations relative to ILS are taken into account by the partners and delivered coherently and in a timely manner
- Representing and being the contact point within the Project regarding ILS and its sub-activities
- Ensuring the global coordination of the Operation and Maintenance Training with the partners and the Employer
- Interface with Customer in order to establish and maintain trust.

In compliance with the terms of the Contract and the Consortium strategy, the ILS Project Manager is responsible for developing ILS methodology within the TMT consortium of the Tel Aviv Green Line project and obtain that contractual requirements regarding maintainability, spares and tools, O&M documentation and training are met.
His ILS role is to ensure following missions :
• Integration of the O&M needs during design;
• Supervision and control the Operation and Maintenance Studies;
• Support the development at the Railway system level of maintainability analysis, maintenance plans, Life Cycle Cost, Spare parts, Tools, and Training in line with the contract, the design and the O&M needs;
• Support the developpement of the obsolescence strategy and its implementation;
• Coordinate and control the production of a coherent set of Operation and Maintenance Manuals by the sub-entities;
• Ensures Operation and Maintenance training is properly prepared as per the contractual requirements, managed, delivered and accepted by the customer;
• Ensures Asset database is properly defined, gathered and delivered to the MMIS.
• On the basis of the Contract requirements, draft and maintain/update the management plans, processes, procedures, methods, and any other elements necessary for a proper execution of the Integrated Logistics Support & Training activities, throughout the entire duration of the Contract
• Ensure that the above are properly implemented by the TMT Consortium partners for their respective scopes
• Organize, where appropriate, the training of the TMT Consortium teams about the management plans, processes, procedures, methods and tools related to Integrated Logistics Support & Training activities
• Coordinate the Integrated Logistics Support & Training deliverables production by the Consortium partners; review those deliverables to ensure consistency and compliance; consolidate those deliverables before review and submission, whenever applicable
• Draft and maintain/update the schedules related to the Integrated Logistics Support & Training activities, with a particular focus on interfaces between Integrated Logistics Support & Training activities and the other Project activities
• Coordinate Partners Integrated Logistics Support & Training schedules, with a particular focus on the sequences/durations of the Integrated Logistics Support & Training activities and interfaces between Integrated Logistics Support & Training activities and the other consortium activities
• Analyze progress of Integrated Logistics Support & Training activities and propose recovery plan in case of delay
• Consolidate the Integrated Logistics Support & Training reporting
• Support the MMIS and Driver Simulator project managers
