PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- The PrPM for Signaling and SCADA in the Haifa-Nazareth (NofiT) LRT Line Project is responsible for developing maintaining, and integrating the project schedule across all phases of the SIG and SCADA subsystems.
- The role ensures alignment with contractual milestones, internal planning targets and operational delivery timelines.
- The PrPM supports cross-functional coordination, earned value tracking, material and operational planning, and timely reporting to stakeholders, ensuring that planning activities contribute to successful project execution.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
- Coordinate planning inputs across SIG and SCADA disciplines.
- Monitor progress and update schedules based on actuals and forecasts.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial alignment.
- Facilitate planning coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and contractual standards.
- Prepare planning reports and dashboards for internal and client reviews.
- Support testing, commissioning, and construction phases with planning inputs.
- Identify and mitigate schedule-related risks.
- Ensure timely delivery of planning documents and updates.
Material Planning:
- Align material delivery schedules with project milestones and installation phases.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.(right time, quantity and place)
- Support material forecasting and reporting for project reviews.
Operational Planning:
- Accuracy and timeliness of schedule, material, and operational updates.
- Effective coordination with design, delivery, procurement, and operations teams.
- Integration of planning with financial, material, and operational metrics.
- On-time delivery of planning and operational reports.
- Proactive risk identification and mitigation.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with planning and operational support.
Coordination with Other Subsystems and Partners:
- Ensure planning alignment and integration with other subsystems such as OCS, Power, Communications, and Rolling Stock.
- Facilitate joint planning sessions and interface coordination with partner organizations.
- Track interdependencies and manage shared milestones across subsystem boundaries.
- Support resolution of planning conflicts and ensure consistency in delivery timelines.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with external partners to ensure synchronized execution.
Performance measurements:
- Accuracy and timeliness of schedule, material and operational updates.
- Effective coordination with design, delivery, procurement, operations, and partner teams.
- Integration of planning with financial, material and operational metrics.
- On-time delivery of planning and operational reports.
- Proactive risk identification and mitigation.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
- Engineering, Business degree and/or B.Sc.
Desirable:
- Certification in Planning Tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Project Planning Management IPMA Certification
Experience
Mandatory:
- 2 to 5 years of Project scheduling experience
- Experience in material, operational and subsystem coordination planning.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of different scheduling tools
- Knowledge of Railway projects
