Job Purpose:
The role is to analyse and write the adequate ILS deliverables expected at defined stages of the
projects. The scope of the project includes Alstom Railway Systems (RSY) and Electra Civil and
MEP systems.
· Representative for all aspects of the preparation, performance, follow up of the ILS topics.
· Responsible for preparing strategies and plans to deliver appropriate maintenance,
refurbishment or replacement of assets (according to ILS requirements matrix)
· Produce the GL Project ILS deliverables such as:
§ Calculate, analyse and prepare the Spare Parts Lists and the PHST data
(Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation) in order to support the design of
WH and depots,
§ Analyse the needs and requirements to define the Special Tools Lists,
§ Prepare the Training Materials and supports based on the technical documentation
available,
§ Gather all data from the suppliers and subsystems to write the Operation &
Maintenance Manuals to meet the contractual requirements and ensure coherence
with the project document format across the subsystems,
§ Prepare and define the Maintenance Plans based on suppliers’ recommendations,
§ Analyse the Maintainability Studies to ensure the RAMS targets are reached.
· Review the ILS documentation produced by our partner as an ILS Consortium
representative,
· On the basis of the Contract requirements, maintain/update the management plans,
processes, procedures, methods, and any other elements necessary for a proper
management of ILS throughout the entire duration of the Contract,
· Be consistent with ILS processes implemented on the project (ILS Management Plan, Asset
database, MMIS, Planned dates, Obsolescence, etc.,
· Represent and be the contact point within the Project regarding ILS deliverables listed
above,
· Interface with RAMS regarding maintainability, FMECA and common topics,
· Support the development and review of LCC and Technical Manuals reports for the portion
related to Spare Parts and Consumables,
· Collaborate to develop Warranty design,
· Interface with project entities in order to obtain data in the required format,
· Manage data validity process and population KPIs,
· Managing interface with BIM & GIS teams and IT systems regarding data,
· Defining the labelling process and plans (stickers, content, process, etc.),
· Ensuring that the asset database is complete and up to date compared to the current system
configuration.
Educational & personal Requirements:
§ Academic degree (Engineer is advance),
§ Analytical skills (data collection, data analysis, data processing) and Project management
skills,
§ Can lead small projects independently,
§ Strong knowledge of data analysing & processing (Excel/BI/Visio),
§ Able to read electrical, architecture and mechanical diagrams and drawings,
§ Working within a project timeline (strict deliveries schedule).
Knowledge/Experience:
§ Involvement in complex system projects : > 5 years (EPC projects advantage ),
§ Automated Metro System included Rail Systems (advantage), complex systems / PMO,
§ Operation and Maintenance Environment,
§ Railway Maintenance included Maintenance Management System,
§ Maintenance Studies including Life Cycle Cost,
§ Operation and Maintenance Documentation,
§ Training and training presentations,
§ Spare parts and Tools,
§ Knowledge of Maintenance Management Software and preferably Maximo.
Other:
§ Pack MS Office (Excel- extended level, Word, PPT),
§ Languages: English is a must; French would be a plus.
§ Good written and oral communications,
§ Communication with transparency,

§ High reactivity, proactivity and adaptability,
§ Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers,
