Purpose of the Job
- To manage the Project according to the contract through the delivery of all work packages according to QCD commitments
- To co-ordinate project management activities with the Project Director and ensure that all requirements of that contract are supported
Part of the Missions
- Manage Project sub-systems maturity, follow-up KPIs and improve the approval process
- Delivery performance (OTD, DFQ) in line with targets
- Gate Review Management
- Manage interface with client so as to satisfy requirements compliance
- Achievement of QCD commitments
- Management of Risks and savings
- Cash flow management
- Contribution to the overall project gross margin
Knowledge & Experience
- Educational : Civil or Mechanical Master Degree.
- Good Knowledge in Alstom Infrastructure Project Subsystems (POS/OCS)
- 10 years minimum experience in Railway sector.
- Project and/or construction experience preferred.
- Computering skills : Microsoft Office pack, Autocad and MS project (a plus).

- Extensive management skills to deal with uncertainty in Projects
- Leading Team in various Countries at the same time
- Initiatives, self-motivated for technical matters and speed learning.
- Autonomy and rigour.
- Ability to adapt to multi-disciplinary environments.
