We are looking for experienced and motivated QA Manager with passion to quality and technology to lead Product Validation E2E team.

Our Group:
Product Validation team has experienced QA engineers leading quality strategies and running E2E complex SW, Application test scenarios and design of experiments, as well as AT developers for automating flows and scenarios.
What you'll be doing:
- Promote quality strategic in our development process.
- Managing QA team in Israel, incl. recruitment, on-boarding and training
- Managing end to end SW version and features quality in aspects of functionality, validation, value and time to market.
- Support SW version installation and quality at customers’ sites
- Identify and promote long term quality improvement processes for future roadmap while defining / monitoring quality KPIs
- Promote Automation instead of manual testing to improve efficiency and time to market.
- Organize work in challenging, complex (SW and HW), multidisciplinary environment on simulations, tools and off-tools to test and automate SW and Algo feature flows and UX.
- Continuously promote technical capabilities and certifications of the group and QA within division.
What you should have?
Passion for quality and eagerness to learn complex multi-disciplinary system.
BA, BSc or practical engineer in one of the scientific fields
Strong leadership, team player, coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proven experience of leading quality policies and methodologies within organization.
Experienced with testing and agile methodology (JIRA, XRAY, confluence)
Coding / Automation background - advantage.
