We are looking for a highly talented Facilities PMO & BI Leader to join our Facilities Projects Team.

You will work on diverse facility-related projects in a high‑tech environment, leading PMO activity, BI strategy, BIM leadership, and organizational development. This role provides high influence, visibility, and impact across the Facilities organization.

Our Group: The Facilities Team

The Facilities group provides world‑class construction and infrastructure project management responsible for the company’s physical infrastructure. The team is responsible for the maintenance of the company assets, upgrades, project portfolio planning, and strive to operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

- Build and lead PMO strategy, methodologies, and long-term roadmap for the Facilities Projects organization.

- Define, implement, and optimize end-to-end PMO processes, governance models, and standard operating procedures.

- Manage the BI domain including dashboards, KPI definition, data governance, analytics, and insights for leadership.

- Supervise the project designer performing drawings, layouts, and project documentation.

- Manage PMO subcontractor working closely with project managers to ensure structured execution and project alignment.

- Develop and maintain the annual PMO + BI workplan, ensure execution, and track progress throughout the year.

- Lead weekly/monthly reporting to Facilities management including KPIs, dashboards, risks, bottlenecks, and recommendations.

- Oversee project scheduling, project tracking, progress monitoring, and risk mapping.

- Act as organizational center of excellence for project control methodologies, training, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with facility standards, EHS requirements, quality workflows, and operational procedures.

What you should have

- B.A or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related relevant degree.

- 3–5 years of exp erience in PMO, BI, or project governance roles.

- Experience managing multidisciplinary functions (PMO staff, BI analysts, designers/drafters)- advantage.

- Proven ability to build processes, frameworks, and strategic planning cycles.

- Experience with MS‑Project, and BI platforms.

- Experience with AutoCAD, BIM and ACC platform Knowledge - advantage

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership.

- High level of English proficiency.
