We are looking for a highly talented and experienced GPS Manager to lead a technical team within our Global Product Support (GPS) organization.

Our team’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining expert‑level knowledge of our product line, leading complex escalations with R&D, enabling global field teams with methodologies and tools, and ensuring next‑generation product readiness and serviceability.

As a GPS Manager, you will expand this scope by providing leadership, strategic alignment, and close customer engagement to drive product performance, quality, and operational excellence worldwide.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage a focused GPS team providing highly visible customer support, including on‑site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems.
  • Engage with customers to solve High Value Problems that impact technology milestones and tool performance.
  • Influence and represent the voice of the field across R&D and cross‑functional groups, ensuring field learnings and serviceability feedback are integrated into new product design.
  • Lead structured escalations with Engineering and drive resolution of key technical issues.

What you should have?

  • B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated, in‑depth understanding of relevant engineering concepts, theories, and principles.
  • >4 years Experience in complex technical environments, field engineering, GPS, R&D, or system integration.
  • Prior leadership / managerial experience managing a technical team or leading cross‑functional programs – Must
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to guide, influence, persuade, and collaborate across teams and customer interfaces.
  • Hige proficany in Engilish
