UniBeam Product Manager
We are seeking a Product Manager with deep expertise in semiconductor inspection/review/metrology flows and a strong technical background in eBeam technology to lead the development of the UniBeam unified platform for Applied Materials’ eBeam tools, together with the new SW common infrastructure: Genesis.

The UniBeam Product team is dedicated to developing and delivering industry-leading eBeam solutions that meet customer expectations and business goals. We achieve this through end-to-end accountability for product definition, roadmap planning, and execution in partnership with R&D, Applications, PLs Product teams, Field, Marketing, and Program teams.
What you'll be doing?
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from PRD to on-site implementation, including value assessment, grooming, and application qualification.
- Decompose customer high-value problems (HVPs) into actionable business unit problem statements.
- Lead the product roadmap within your area of expertise, focusing on future solutions and platform evolution.
- Act as a technical expert in your domain, providing guidance with minimal supervision.
- Serve as the first level of escalation for new feature field issues and define software requirements as needed.
- Serve as the second level of escalation for mature feature field issues and define software requirements as needed.
- Act as a recognized expert by both the business unit and account teams.
- Continuously seek to optimize system performance within your domain.
- Collaborate with technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and innovation.
- Train application/HW experts and software support teams, guiding them through technical escalations.
- Define product requirements documents (PRDs) for core eBeam flows, emphasizing MVP and prioritization.
- Process customer (external/internal) requests and design solutions that best fit the tool architecture.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by collecting and analyzing relevant data to inform roadmap priorities and maximize ROI.
- Act as a central resource between the field and internal R&D to drive the feature development lifecycle.
- Verify application value upon development completion.
- Provide third-level field expert support in your domain, maintaining close customer engagement and deep understanding of customer needs.
- Plan and manage field beta content for initial customer deployments.
What you should have?
- Relevant academic degree in engineering or exact sciences.
- Strong background in semiconductor inspection/review/metrology flows or related domains; familiarity with eBeam technology.
- Expertise in eBeam platforms, application suites, customer production processes, tool systems, and algorithm flows.
- 6+ years of experience in semiconductor process inspection/review/metrology; prior experience in product management for complex systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Proven leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with short development cycles and tight R&D collaboration.
- Ability to solve problems independently and impact the quality of work across teams and adjacent disciplines.
