As Account Executive, Israel, you will drive Au10TIX’s commercial growth and market expansion across the Israeli enterprise landscape. Reporting directly to the General Manager, EMEA, you will own regional revenue generation, build and execute a focused go-to-market strategy, and close high-impact enterprise deals.
You’ll collaborate closely with the EMEA leadership team, marketing, product, and customer success to position Au10TIX as the partner of choice for identity verification, compliance automation, and fraud prevention.
The ideal candidate combines enterprise SaaS sales expertise, deep local market access, and strong solution-selling discipline, with a track record of building trusted relationships at C-level and delivering consistent overachievement.
you will:
- Own the Israeli market: Lead all go-to-market and sales initiatives across key sectors — FinTech, banking, payments, gaming, and insurance.
- Full-cycle deal management: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
- Territory and pipeline management: Develop and execute a territory plan ensuring a healthy pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
- account leadership: Engage multiple stakeholders, from compliance and risk to operations and technology, to align value.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client success and drive expansion opportunities.
- Market intelligence: Feed customer insights and regional trends into EMEA leadership to influence product direction and roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 3+ years selling SaaS to financial services, payments, or compliance-driven verticals.
- Proven track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals and exceeding quota.
- Experience with KYC, AML, fraud prevention, or RegTech solutions preferred.
- Strong network within the Israeli tech and FinTech ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Self-starter with strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and execution skills.
