AI Agent & Automation Builder - Student Position
AU10TIX
Description
Founded in 2002, AU10TIX is the global leader in AI-driven identity verification and management, protecting the world's largest brands against advanced fraud. Our platform verifies identities in 4-8 seconds while staying ahead of evolving threats and regulatory requirements. Behind that speed is a growing network of autonomous AI agents, and a program to scale AI-driven automation across the entire organization. You'll be building that next layer.
We're looking for a builder: a curious, technically sharp person who loves turning ideas into real, working solutions.
As an AI Agent & Automation Builder, you'll design, build, and deploy AI agents and workflow automations that run in production and create measurable business impact. This is not a support role or a "get experience" position. From day one, you'll work on real operational problems alongside the Head of AI Transformation, contributing to a program that has already unlocked thousands of hours of capacity across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain AI agents that observe operational signals, investigate anomalies, and surface intelligence to the right people, fast
- Develop workflow automations that eliminate manual processes across business teams
- Integrate data sources, LLM APIs, and internal business systems, from operational platforms and data warehouses to CRM and collaboration tools
- Prototype solutions quickly, validate them against real data, and help move them to production
- Document what you build so others can maintain and extend it
Requirements
- 3rd-year B.Sc. student in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Hands-on experience with at least one LLM API (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar), you've built something with it, not just read about it
- Familiarity with at least one automation platform: n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar
- Programming proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js, comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Business curiosity: you think about why something should be built, not just how
- High-level English, working language of the team and all documentation
