What you will be doing: As a Regional Sales Director, you aren't just managing accounts—you are the architect of the entire customer journey. You will lead a cross-functional team to bridge the gap between initial connection and long-term value, ensuring our legal-tech solutions become a vital part of our partners' success

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Empower Your Team: Provide leadership and guidance to your regional team, fostering a culture of excellence and shared outcomes.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor for key customers, building deep, lasting relationships rooted in satisfaction and retention.
- Drive Growth through Insight: Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for expansion and proactively address customer needs.
- Own the Lifecycle: Manage the full revenue cycle, from the first conversation through to contract negotiation and renewal.
- Champion our Brand: Represent Azami’s mission at industry conferences and high-stakes meetings across your region.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management, with prior experience in a management or leadership role (experience in legal tech is a plus).
- A Proven Track Record of managing complex sales cycles and meeting retention/growth targets.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to track health metrics and performance.
- A Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work closely with global leadership and subject matter experts to deliver a seamless journey for our customers.
- Availability: Americas: Sun–Thu, 42 hrs, 11:00-19:30 | EMEA: 9:00-17:30 | Hybrid: Home Sun & Wed, Office Mon, Tue & Thu
- Professional level of English (verbal and written) is required.
- Based in Israel with the ability to travel abroad for conferences and customer meetings.
