We are located in the brand-new Azrieli Office building in Modiin, right next to the Azrieli Mall and just steps away from the train station!

What you will be doing:

As an Operations Associate at Azami Global, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth operational workflows within our Case Management, Renewals & Pricing teams. You will be responsible for managing multiple operational processes simultaneously, maintaining exceptional attention to detail, and facilitating the timely and accurate handling of client filings.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the filing process as part of IP case management.
  • Support Renewal and Pricing-related operational tasks.
  • Ensure all data and records are accurately maintained in our systems.
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with colleagues to foster a collaborative and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or data-driven roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.Sc.) required. Degrees in Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field are an advantage.
  • Tech Skills: Highly proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and comfortable learning new AI tools.
  • Language: English at a mother-tongue/fluent level (written and spoken). All professional work is conducted in English.
  • Hours & Availability: 40 hours per week. Monday–Thursday (3 days in the office, 1 day hybrid) + 4 hours remote on Friday to support our global markets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
