SaaS Site Reliability Engineer

- Ensure service availability and performance of the SaaS platform.
- Handle incidents and errors on the platform and resolving them.
- Manage upgrades of future releases and patches to the Production environment.
- Create and maintain Production runbooks.
- Perform assigned daily, weekly, and monthly operations maintenance duties.
- Support platform maintenance and testing initiatives.
- Develop processes, documentation, and automation.
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Develop and implement strategies for proactive monitoring and alerting.
- 2+ years of experience working with SaaS production environments.
- 2+ years recent experience as SRE or in cloud operations positions, working in dynamic production environment.
- Previous experience with disaster recovery, patching , server maintenance & upgrading systems, some bug-fixing
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Experience working and collaborating with Software Delivery teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in supporting mission-critical applications on a global scale preferred.
- Experience supporting SaaS critical infrastructure.
- UNIX/Linux experience and system administration knowledge.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- B.Sc. in a relevant field / equivalent work experience.
