Full-Stack Developer

We’re looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team and build industry-leading e-commerce websites and digital experiences. What You’ll Do

• Develop high-quality, scalable websites and digital experiences
• Convert designs into fully functional Shopify and Craft CMS websites
• Build and maintain third-party integrations across various systems
• Write clean, maintainable code aligned with best practices and coding standards
• Ensure all development work is thoroughly tested before client review
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Success, Webmasters, and leadership to provide progress updates and resolve challenges
• Continuously explore new technologies and suggest improvements to optimize processes and client solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of development experience with JavaScript (Pure JS), HTML, and CSS — MUST
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and Express.js
• Working knowledge of PHP and Laravel
• Experience with MySQL
• Experience using GitHub for version control
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your development workflow (LLMs, code assistants, AI APIs, automation tools, etc.)
• Proven ability to develop responsive, high-performing websites
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong self-management skills
• Appreciation for clean, readable, and scalable code
