Description
Bright Data, the industry leader in the web data domain, is looking for students for a part-time Technical support Representative position.
The position is part-time, in shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays.
Location: Poleg, Netanya
Responsibilities
- Providing Bright Data's customers with timely and accurate technical support
- Independently understanding and solving technical problems using internal documentation
- Clarifying problem solutions to customers and providing them with the best workflows
- Interacting with other departments to clarify issues and escalate them when required
Requirements
- Computer Science / SW Eng. students with a strong technical background
- Customer oriented (direct communication with global customers)
- Organized with fast learning skills
- Super responsible and quick delivery mentality
- Fully proficient in English
- Willingness to work at least 3 shifts a week, including nights and weekends
***Technical customer support experience is a big advantage***
