About the Role
As an Outsource Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Manage data labeling teams with external vendors to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Help select and implement annotation tools.
- Track vendor performance using key metrics.
- Maintain data guidelines and documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- High-level English skills are a must (both written and verbal).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and self-driven attitude.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to design effective workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with data labeling and vendor management (a plus)..
- Experience with visual data (a plus).
- Experience with Power BI dashboards (a plus).
