We are continuously growing and seeking inspired, diligent and proactive future colleagues with strong team spirit to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the quality of our software applications in the domain of Finite Element Modeling and Preprocessing, while driving improvements in processes, mechanisms and tools.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Design, write, execute test scenarios (interactive and automated), and analyze their results
Perform integration, system and acceptance testing
Conduct functional, usability, performance, regression and robustness tests
Prepare and solve simulation models using commercial finite element software packages (e.g., ABAQUS, ANSYS, FLUENT, LS-DYNA, NASTRAN, OPENFOAM)
for analyses such as static, dynamic, thermomechanical and fluid mechanicsIdentify, document and report software defects
Suggest and document areas for improvement
Develop and maintain QA methods and tools
Enhance and implement methodologies for test automation
Execute comparative performance tests across different versions and platforms
Collaborate and communicate effectively with QA team members, software developers and customer support teams
Qualifications you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field from an accredited engineering school
Familiarity with advanced numerical methods and FEA principles
Familiarity with CAD and CAE software platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Exceptional focus on detail and quality
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Effective prioritization and workload management skills
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Completed mandatory military service
Qualifications that will be considered:
Specialization in Computational Mechanics
Experience performing simulations using solvers such as ABAQUS, ANSYS, FLUENT, LS-DYNA, NASTRAN, OPENFOAM etc
Skills and expertise in one or more of the following areas: Dynamic and Static Analysis, Fluid Mechanics, Impact, Geomechanics, Fatigue and Cyclic Analysis, Materials Technology, Abstraction Modeling, Vibrations, Matrix Analysis of Structures, Corrosion, Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics, and Optimization
Programming skills or experience in scripting and automation (Python, C/C++, Fortran, shell script, etc.)
Familiarity with the company’s products
