Recognizing that our people are the most important capital in our business. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr Field Sales Representative to support our sales Department. This role will act as a key support to the team, assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong, capable professional with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, who can efficiently manage multiple priorities and support the sales team’s day-to-day operations.

Daily Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating team activities.
Assist with documentation, reporting, and data management related to sales activities.
Prepare quotations and arrange actions for the software renewal business via SalesForce.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
Support the preparation of presentations, sales reports, and correspondence.
Ensure smooth office operations for the Sales Department, handling ad hoc administrative requests efficiently.
Direct communicate with existing customers and prospects for sales related activities supporting EMEA wide (international business)
Participate in calls with customers and business related discussions
Participate in the forecast activities of the sales team
Contribute to process improvements within the department to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Organize and maintain of physical and electronic file
Required Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge and fluency in English (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong “can-do” mindset.
Team working approach and collaboration skills
Multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supporting sales, commercial or finance teams is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ad hoc requests.
Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
Ability to participate in conferences or onsite customers’ visits will be appreciated
