As a Program Manager, you translate strategy into execution. At the center of delivering Cato’s vision, you align teams and stakeholders, drive clarity and accountability, and ensure that our highest-priority initiatives ship predictably on time, with high quality, and have a measurable business impact.
We’re seeking a passionate, technically oriented Program Manager - a high-impact driver and collaborative leader who consistently delivers exceptional results with uncompromising standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end, cross-organizational programs spanning multiple teams, ensuring delivery against scope, quality, timeline, and budget targets.
- Own program operating rhythm: planning, sequencing, resourcing alignment, execution tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Translate product strategy and business goals into clear program plans with milestones, deliverables, and measurable success criteria.
- Establish and track program KPIs/OKRs, providing senior leadership and stakeholders with high-signal visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Represent the program in executive and stakeholder forums with concise status updates, decision logs, and dashboards that enable fast, informed decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining processes, tooling, and delivery cadence, increasing predictability, velocity, and quality across teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years leading programs or large cross-functional initiatives in a software/technology environment, managing large-scale, strategic business technology initiatives, with measurable business outcomes (e.g., adoption, revenue impact, reliability, performance)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams, lead change with Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong technical fluency across software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud technologies, enabling credible engagement with engineering and product leaders.
- Comfortable reviewing technical designs, identifying tradeoffs, surfacing risks early, and influencing decisions through data and structured reasoning.
- Experience coordinating globally distributed teams; excellent English.
- Technical background in enterprise networking and network security (SASE, SD-WAN, an advantage
- Experience working with Tableau, PjM tools, JIRA, Salesforce
