Cato Networks is looking for a motivated and sharp Student to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing Hi-Tech company. You will provide essential administrative support for the sales commission process, ensuring data accuracy and system synchronization.
This role is ideal for students who are looking for a professional entry-point into the world of RevOps and Hi-Tech.
Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Onboard new employees and update their profiles within the commission systems.
- Commission Plan Management: Upload and maintain sales compensation plans, ensuring all targets and rates are accurately reflected.
- Data Validation: Perform cross-system checks to ensure data consistency and identify discrepancies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Sales and Finance to ensure data is reflected accurately and on a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Current Student: Enrollment in a relevant degree (Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or similar) – A must.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excel Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulas, etc.).
- Language Skills: High-level English (written and verbal).
- Availability: Ability to work 3 days a week (50-60% capacity) from our Tel Aviv office.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: A team player with the ability to communicate effectively across different departments.
