Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Computer Science / Engineering student to join our AI program as a PMO & Implementer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI who wants hands-on experience managing and implementing real-world AI projects in a business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of AI projects and activities.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with testing, configuration, and onboarding of AI solutions (e.g., Copilot, automation bots).
- Develop clear and engaging user guides, demos, and training materials.
- Collect feedback and measure adoption and business impact of implemented solutions.
- Provide day-to-day support for program administration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AI and data analytics concepts and tools (e.g., NLP, LLMs, Power Platform, Python).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A self-starter with a hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
- Availability of at least 3.5 days per week, temp for 9 months.
