Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a certified electrician’s license (electrical engineer qualifications are advantageous). As a team player, you’ll take ownership of tasks from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include electrical work, air conditioning, plumbing, painting, plastering, and general maintenance. Safety is a top priority, and a passion for maintenance and service is essential. The regular working hours are 8:00-17:00 at our Petach-Tikva office, with occasional visits to our other sites in Kiryat Malachi and Tel-Aviv
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the work environment and facilities
- Handle maintenance tasks related to electrical systems, lighting, emergency systems, and general maintenance
- Implement preventive maintenance plans for offices in Israel, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations
- Perform troubleshooting to identify and repair hazards or malfunctions
Requirements
- Certified electrician's license (Practical Electrical Engineer is an advantage)
- HVAC license A/B/C is and advantage
- Experience in industrial/commercial electrical systems
- Ability to use electrical and hand tools, read electrical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of Health and Safety (H&S) aspects
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition
- Flexibility to work unusual hours when needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
