Position Overview:
We are looking for sales operations specialist to join our Sales Operations team.
* Maternity leave cover for 6 months.
Workdays are Monday to Friday
Sales Operations is a key function in Cellebrite’s winning sales team. As such, the Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the sales process, managing the back-office operations from End-to-End for a specified territory. The Sales Operations Specialist is a customer facing role, and as such, requires being Customer, sales and service oriented.
As a member of the Center of Excellence, the Sales Operations Specialist is required to provide high quality support to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end support of the company’s customers. Build a strong, close relationship with the customers and be their focal point of contact.
- Be the backbone of the sales team, providing support to Sales Directors and assisting in all Back-Office operations.
- Manage all Opportunity-to-Cash activity. Lead the sales cycle from opportunity to shipment.
- Forecast management and data accuracy both in the CRM system (Salesforce), and in the ERP system (NetSuite).
- Be the company’s detail orientated goalkeeper. Work closely with Finance and the Legal department, and implement the company’s policies and procedures
- Oversee all processes to make sure we meet SOX compliance.
- Charged with managing all collection aspects. Build processes to improve collection rates and customize them to the relevant customer.
- Manage company’s renewal sales. In a company of over 60K licenses, maintaining and increasing the renewal rate is an important step within the sales process.
- Know and understand the Sales processes, understanding how to prioritize and differentiate between different assignments in a high- pressure environment.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a similar position in a High-Tech Global company- a must!
- French mother tongue – huge plus.
- English fluent speaker- a must!
- Knowledge of Salesforce- an advantage
- Knowledge of NetSuite- an advantage
