Role Overview



Cellebrite DI Ltd. is seeking a business-oriented Compliance Operations Analyst to support and enhance the company’s compliance framework across global operations.

This role combines compliance analysis, process design, and automation, requiring a professional who can translate business and regulatory needs into scalable, efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, identifying risks, and proactively driving improvements in compliance processes. You will play a key role in ensuring that business activities align with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards—while enabling operational efficiency and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



As a Compliance Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Design, build, and optimize compliance processes, with a strong focus on automation and scalability
  • Translate regulatory and business requirements into operational workflows and system-driven solutions
  • Work with multiple data sources to monitor compliance activities and identify trends or gaps
  • Monitor adherence to the company’s compliance program and internal policies
  • Conduct compliance analysis and risk assessments to evaluate exposure, impact, and mitigation strategies
  • Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
  • Ensure findings are clearly documented, tracked, and communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform due diligence (vetting) on customers, partners, and third parties
  • Provide ongoing reporting and insights on compliance and risk performance to business units
  • Support responses to regulatory inquiries and audits by gathering and analyzing internal data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into business processes
  • Assist with general compliance and legal operational tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience



  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk, or a related analytical/operational role
  • Proven ability to analyze processes and implement improvements or automation
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial environments
  • Experience working with data and multiple systems/tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams

Education:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Advantages:



  • SQL Knowledge– advantage
  • Knowledge of regulations such as AML, FCPA, Anti-Fraud, Privacy laws
  • Legal qualification (Israel) – advantage
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP) – advantage
