Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on AI-Enabled Learning & Development Expert/Manager to lead and scale our global learning culture. This role is heavily focused on designing impactful learning experiences, strengthening instructional design capabilities, and integrating AI-driven learning solutions into employee development.
You will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to build innovative learning programs that drive performance, leadership growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the company.

What You’ll Do:
Learning Strategy & Instructional Design:
- Contribute to the company’s learning strategy development and drive a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs for employees and managers across multiple functions and levels.
- Create scalable learning experiences using modern instructional design methodologies, including blended learning, microlearning, experiential learning, cohort-based learning, and AI-first approaches.
- Identify capability gaps and translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, analytics, learner feedback, and business impact metrics.
AI & Learning Innovation:
- Integrate AI-powered tools and technologies into learning and development programs.
- Explore and implement innovative learning solutions, including AI-assisted content creation, personalized learning journeys, skills-based learning, and digital learning platforms.
- Stay current on emerging AI and learning trends and recommend scalable solutions to enhance employee development and organizational capability building.
Program & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage end-to-end learning programs, including planning, vendor management, budgeting, implementation, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Administer and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development within global organizations, preferably in high-tech environments.
- Strong instructional design expertise with proven experience building engaging, scalable learning programs and content using modern AI-based instruments.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing power skills programs, including creation of instructor-led and digital learning content, e-learning modules, facilitator materials, learner resources.
- Experience working with AI-powered learning tools and familiarity with AI trends in HR and learning, including skills-based organizations and digital learning innovation.
- Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Experience managing and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring learning effectiveness and program impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree - an advantage.
