Description

CodeValue is looking for a core operational role that combines office management, cross-organizational operational support, and executive assistance, alongside responsibility for Sales Operations control and processes.

This is a meaningful position with a direct impact on the organization’s efficiency, order, and performance.

Responsibilities:

Office & Operations

  • Day-to-day office operations
  • Ordering supplies, working with vendors, and managing contracts
  • Leading the organization’s purchasing and billing processes, with close tracking of agreements, purchase orders, and financial commitments
  • Working with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Ongoing process control, ensuring order and compliance with procedures

Sales Operations

  • Managing and maintaining the CRM system (HubSpot is a significant advantage)
  • Data quality control
  • Building reports and decision-support dashboards
  • Identifying operational gaps and leading process improvements

Executive Assistance

  • Working closely with the company’s CEO
  • Tracking executive tasks and strategic goals

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of organization
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to see the big picture
  • Pleasant assertiveness and strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in operations/administration – a significant advantage
  • Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in office management and/or executive/personal assistance – mandatory
  • High-level English proficiency – mandatory
  • Proven experience in managing and overseeing purchasing and billing processes
  • Basic understanding of financial terminology and the ability to review and interpret commercial agreements
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
  • High level of personal accountability and ability to work independently
  • Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage
