Description
CodeValue is looking for a core operational role that combines office management, cross-organizational operational support, and executive assistance, alongside responsibility for Sales Operations control and processes.
This is a meaningful position with a direct impact on the organization’s efficiency, order, and performance.
Responsibilities:
Office & Operations
- Day-to-day office operations
- Ordering supplies, working with vendors, and managing contracts
- Leading the organization’s purchasing and billing processes, with close tracking of agreements, purchase orders, and financial commitments
- Working with multiple internal stakeholders
- Ongoing process control, ensuring order and compliance with procedures
Sales Operations
- Managing and maintaining the CRM system (HubSpot is a significant advantage)
- Data quality control
- Building reports and decision-support dashboards
- Identifying operational gaps and leading process improvements
Executive Assistance
- Working closely with the company’s CEO
- Tracking executive tasks and strategic goals
What we’re looking for:
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of organization
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to see the big picture
- Pleasant assertiveness and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in operations/administration – a significant advantage
- Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in office management and/or executive/personal assistance – mandatory
- High-level English proficiency – mandatory
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing purchasing and billing processes
- Basic understanding of financial terminology and the ability to review and interpret commercial agreements
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
- High level of personal accountability and ability to work independently
- Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage
