Description
CodeValue is looking for a core operational role that combines cross-organizational operational support, executive assistance, and responsibility for Sales Operations control and processes.
This is a meaningful position with a direct impact on the organization’s efficiency, structure, and performance.
Responsibilities
Operations & Cross-Organizational Support
- Leading the organization’s purchasing and billing processes
- Working with vendors and managing commercial agreements
- Closely tracking purchase orders, contracts, and financial commitments
- Working with multiple internal stakeholders across the organization
- Ongoing process control, ensuring order, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Identifying operational gaps and leading process improvements
Sales Operations
- Managing and maintaining the CRM system (experience with HubSpot is a significant advantage)
- Ensuring high data quality in the CRM
- Building reports and decision-support dashboards
- Supporting sales processes and performance tracking
Executive Assistance
- Working closely with the company’s CEO
- Tracking executive tasks, priorities, and strategic goals
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in operations and/or executive/personal assistance – mandatory
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing purchasing and billing processes
- Basic understanding of financial terminology and the ability to review and interpret commercial agreements
- High level of organization and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to see the big picture
- Pleasant assertiveness and strong interpersonal skills
- High level of personal accountability
- High-level English proficiency – mandatory
- Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or Industrial Engineering & Management – a significant advantage
