CodeValue is looking for an experienced and hands-on DevOps leader to take ownership of our cloud platform, automation capabilities, and DevOps engineering practices across a large-scale enterprise environment. This is a high-impact role with both managerial and technical responsibility, leading the DevOps domain end-to-end while shaping the standards, tooling, and ways of working that enable secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive the team's roadmap, priorities, and goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Architect and oversee the design of robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Own the strategy and implementation of tooling and automation for air-gapped environments.
• Serve as the key point of contact between the DevOps team and R&D, QA, and Product stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the software development and release lifecycle.
• Research, evaluate, and champion new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance development and deployment efficiency.
• Drive the strategy, scaling, and reliability of our cloud environments.
• Establish and enforce DevOps standards, processes, and documentation across the organization.
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity - required.
• Highly proficient with Linux-based operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop technical teams - required.
• Strong architectural understanding of CI/CD tools and methodologies, particularly Jenkins and GitHub Actions - required.
• Hands-on experience working in air-gapped environments - required.
• Deep expertise with Docker (build, run, debug) and Docker Compose orchestration - required.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, scaling, and debugging cloud environments (Azure / AWS) - required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences - required.
• Experience with IaC and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
Advantages:
• Familiarity with Conan, Debian, Maven, and other package management tools
• Strong scripting capabilities (Python, Groovy, or Bash)
• Proficiency in Python and Bash.
• Familiarity with GitLab and Artifactory.
• Background in C++, Python, or Java development environments.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
The position is fully onsite in Rosh HaAyin (no hybrid work model)
