Marketing Program Manager
Cynomi
About The Position
As a Marketing Program Manager at Cynomi, you will be the driving force behind our marketing team. In this role, you’ll take projects from idea to launch, keep our Asana system running smoothly, and own the website end-to-end. You’ll also bring AI-powered tools and automations into our daily work, helping the team move faster and smarter.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll turn moving parts into clear plans, make sure things ship on time, and keep the team aligned. Your impact will be felt across campaigns, content, and operations, as you help us scale our marketing engine to support Cynomi’s growth in the cybersecurity space.
Who We Are
Cynomi is a fast-growing, Silicon Valley VC-backed cybersecurity startup. Experiencing massive growth over the past year, our SaaS product is used by hundreds of service providers worldwide.
Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end: lead initiatives from the initial marketing concept through planning, execution, launch and retrospective, with clear success metrics.
- Build and maintain the marketing Gantt/roadmap: visualize dependencies, critical paths and milestones; keep quarterly/monthly plans current and communicated.
- Lead cross-functional orchestration: align Demand Gen, Content, Field & Partner Marketing, PMM, SDRs, and vendors; enforce briefs, scopes, and timelines.
- Own Asana: structure workflows, templates, custom fields, automations, and AI features; train the team and enforce conventions.
- Be our AI & productivity evangelist: scout, pilot and roll out AI/automation that saves time or raises quality; evaluate tools, validate outputs, document and maintain playbooks, train the team, and track impact.
- Manage Tools & integrations: Stand up automations between Asana, Slack, Offic365, WordPress (and HubSpot via your owner) using Zapier/Make/n8n.
- Run website operations A→Z: full WordPress ownership: backlog, vendor coordination, content updates, QA, and publishing.
- Report web performance: Use GA4/Looker Studio dashboards to ensure traffic, conversions, and page health; partner with your HubSpot owner for funnel views.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years managing multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing projects in a high-growth company
- Strong project management skills with excellent hygiene, including scoping, handling dependencies, managing timelines and risks, and keeping 15+ active items moving without drama
- Proven expertise as an Asana power user, with experience in advanced reporting, rules and automations, custom fields, forms, and dashboards
- Broad marketing management experience, with a solid understanding of goals, terminology, processes, and stakeholder dynamics, and the ability to translate strategy into executable plans
- A close-the-loop executor who is willing to roll up sleeves and independently complete hands-on tasks to keep projects moving
- Hands-on WordPress skills, including content updates, plugin and theme management, and basic HTML/CSS familiarity
- AI-savvy, with demonstrable success using prompt libraries, copilots, and automation tools to improve efficiency or quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Not a Must, But a Plus
- Cybersecurity background
- Experience working with MSPs/MSSPs
