As a Professional Services Engineer at D-Fend Solutions, you will serve as the primary technical authority for the worldwide deployments, integration, and operationalization of EnforceAir Plus and its surrounding sensor ecosystem. You will work directly with governmental and defense clients across all global regions, ensuring that complex multi-layered C-UAS solutions are delivered to the highest operational standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end installation, configuration, and commissioning of EnforceAir Plus systems across diverse global operational environments, including military grade installations, border crossings, airports, and critical national assets.
- Integrate EnforceAir Plus with third-party detection layers including EO camera arrays, radar sensors, Jammer and RF detection systems into unified C2 architectures
- Validate detection zones, cyber-takeover workflows, and sensors fusion configurations against client operational requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across hardware, software, RF, and network layers, both on-site and remotely
- Act as the trusted technical advisor to customer’s stakeholders, throughout the full project lifecycle
- Conduct site surveys, RF environment assessments, and infrastructure readiness reviews ahead of every deployment
- Translate complex operational use cases and threat scenarios into system configurations and deployment architectures
- Lead customer acceptance testing (SAT), sign-off procedures, and operational readiness reviews
- Design and deliver tailored operator and administrator training programs
- Develop site-specific SOPs, operator handbooks, and system administration guides aligned with EnforceAir Plus capabilities and local operational doctrine
- Support train-the-trainer programs for large-scale or multi-site deployments across different regions.
- Provide Tier 2/3 post-deployment technical support and incident response across all global time zones
- Participate in a global on-call support rotation, ensuring 24/7 coverage for critical operational deployments
- Conduct scheduled system health checks, performance audits, and software/firmware update cycles, responsible for required periodical maintenance support activities
- Coordinate cross-regional knowledge sharing and escalations within the worldwide Professional Services team
- Feed field intelligence — integration challenges, feature gaps, regional operational insights, additional requirements/enhancements — back to D-Fend's product and R&D teams
- Contribute to global deployment playbooks, integration guides, and internal knowledge repositories
- Support junior engineers across the worldwide Professional Services organization

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent military/operational experience
- 5+ years in professional services, field engineering, or systems integration within defense, homeland security, or critical infrastructure
- Hands-on experience deploying and integrating multi-sensor security or surveillance systems
- Solid understanding of RF communications, spectrum environments, and wireless protocols
- Networking architectures & Security operational knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in remote, austere, or high-security environments
- Strong technical documentation and executive-level communication skills in English
- Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 40–60%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with Counter-UAS (C-UAS), counter-drone, or electronic warfare systems
- Background in military signals, electronic warfare (EW), intelligence, or equivalent government operational roles
- Experience in multiple global regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas)
