As a Compensation/Benefits/HRIS Analyst in the HR team, you will be a subject matter expert in compensation, benefits and human resources information systems. This position is responsible for compensation analysis and salary classifications, benefits communication, customer service and HR data reporting.
What you’ll do:
Assist in managing compensation programs, salary classification, competitive analysis, pay increases, and pay grade structure
Evaluate job descriptions and determine proper classification and pay grade placement
Maintain consistent compensation policies in accordance with our organizational objectives
Analyze compensation and benefits offerings
Assist employees with benefits questions and selection
Draft, prepare, and distribute benefits information documents and communications
Assist in the preparation of annual open enrollment processes.
Conduct audits regularly and prepare findings and reports
Research emerging trends as well as best compensation and benefits practices
Be responsible for the data integrity and accuracy of the HR system, address and correct discrepancies
Produce several reports on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis
Perform analysis, tests, and administrate HRIS computer system modules including, but not limited to, human resources, compensation, benefits, etc.
Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement programs to meet special and ongoing needs of human resources information
Revise existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
Collaborate with software vendors, and other users to ensure support in meeting the human resources objectives
Ensure adherence to state and federal employment regulations
Requirements
You’ll do it using:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in compensation & benefits roles, as well as in HRIS.
2 (two) years’ experience as an analyst required (preferred - compensation, benefits, HRIS)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, v/xlookup, and advanced formulas), familiarity with Macros is an advantage.
Report building skills.
Experience in a global work environment – an advantage
Customer service focus. Ability to work and effectively communicate with employees at all levels
Problem-solving, ability to analyze issues and recommend the best course of action
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
Ability to work well and effectively in a team environment
You’ll excel by:
Knowledge of current employment rules and regulations – Preferred
Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS) - Preferred
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas.
