Description
We are looking for an Information Systems Analyst to join our Business Applications team, responsible for ensuring the internal Business Applications are suitable to Earnix’s business processes, to support the day-to-day activities of the end users, while allowing management to measure these activities against their KPIs.
The team focuses on improving existing applications while enhancing their features and creating new business processes around them, as well as finding new solutions that would support additional processes and allow scale.
The Information Systems Analyst will translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs. This person will work Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Project Management, HR, Finance, and more.
The day-to-day work would include hands-on implementation of various systems, reporting and analysis, data and meta data cleansing, ongoing user support and training, documentation and user guides creation, research and more.
Requirements
You’ll do it using:
+3 years of experience with information systems (CRM/ERP/ Marketing Automation/HR/Budget Management)
Great passion for information systems, technology, and processes
Excellent Project Management skills
BSc. in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related field
Exceptional interpersonal skills and service orientation
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
