- Lead office operations and ensure a warm, well-organized, and welcoming environment in our Israel office
- Manage employee well-being and community life programs — from planning and budgeting to execution
- Drive engagement initiatives and bring our culture to life through internal communications and events
- Oversee facilities, safety, and security operations
- Coordinate global events and collaborate on cross-company HR initiatives
- Manage front-desk operations and support a seamless daily workflow
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in office management, operations, or employee experience roles
- A people-first mindset with passion for details, challenges, and getting things done
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, global environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent English – a must
- Full-time availability, with four days a week in the Ramat Gan office
