Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are seeking an Information Systems Specialist who is hands-on, business-oriented, and passionate about delivering effective system solutions that support global business operations. In this role, you will take a key part in supporting and enhancing our core business applications. You’ll work across the Business Applications team and collaborate closely with users and stakeholders across our global offices to improve processes, lead implementations, and ensure high-quality system delivery.

Job Description

The Information Systems Specialist will be part of the Business Applications team and will play a central role in supporting, improving, and implementing business systems across the organization. This position combines day-to-day application ownership with project leadership responsibilities, including analyzing business needs, designing solutions, leading module or process implementations, training end users, and ensuring successful delivery.

Job Responsibilities

· Serve as a key application specialist for SAP ByDesign and Salesforce, including support, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing improvement.

· Own and manage selected in-house applications.

· Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

· Lead implementation of modules and business processes from concept and design through testing, user training, go-live, and post-launch support.

· Support global users across multiple regions, primarily in the US, France, and UK.

· Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides.

· Work with internal teams and external partners on system changes and projects.

· 3+ years of experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably SAP ByDesign. Candidates with SAP Business One experience and the capability to quickly ramp up on SAP ByDesign will also be considered.

· Experience with Salesforce - preferred.

· Proven experience leading implementation of modules and/or business processes end-to-end, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and delivery.

· Strong business process understanding and ability to work closely with end users and stakeholders.

· Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented approach.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information System / Computer Science or equivalent.

Language skills

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
