We are looking for a Systems Engineering Team Leaders to join our multidisciplinary R&D teams in the High-Power Laser Systems Division

The position involves leading a team of engineers, working on cutting-edge Electro-Optical and laser technologies, and integrating them into advanced multi-disciplinary defense systems

Responsibilities

Personal and mission-oriented management of a team of 4–10 systems engineers
Mentoring and professional training of team members
Serving as a technical expert in the team’s domain
Optimal resource allocation and workload balancing across work packages
Supporting cost estimation processes for system engineering activities
Monitoring and controlling team tasks and deliverables

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or Physics
At least 5 years of experience in full development cycles of complex, multi-disciplinary systems on military platforms
Proven experience in direct management of engineers
Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment with flexibility and adaptability
Experience in goal-oriented work plans (schedule and budget)
Systemic vision and System understanding
Background in Electro-Optics – advantage
Background in military/aerospace industry – advantage
