Key Responsibilities:

Lead development, control, and improvement of manufacturing processes for defense products

Drive design reviews and support New Product Introduction (NPI), integration, and transition of new electronic boards into production

Provide end-to-end technical ownership of the product, including troubleshooting and field support

Conduct investigations and resolve complex engineering issues

Initiate and implement engineering changes to improve efficiency and product performance

Prepare and update work instructions, technical documentation, and engineering drawings

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and production lines (including overseas support)

Mentor and guide technical staff

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry

Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings

System-level understanding, creative problem-solving, and high service orientation

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple interfaces

Experience working with subcontractors

Hands-on capabilities (e.g., soldering, debugging) – an advantage

High motivation and willingness to learn
