<div style="text-align: left">Elbit Systems is a global high-technology company engaged in a wide range of programs worldwide, primarily in the defense and homeland security sectors</div><div style="text-align: left">We develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land, and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security, and commercial applications</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">We are seeking an experienced and visionary Development Manager to lead the DIRCM System Development Teams within the ISTAR & EW Division in Rehovot</div><div style="text-align: left">This role involves managing the development of advanced Directed Infrared Countermeasure (DIRCM) systems, as part of the innovative DIRCM Pro product family, integrating multidisciplinary technologies across hardware and software domains</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Responsibilities</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary development teams, including mechanical, optical, software, and system engineers</div><div style="text-align: left">Plan, manage, and synchronize system development activities across all involved stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Make critical decisions throughout the development lifecycle, balancing technical trade-offs and priorities</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure compliance with project management requirements including schedule, scope, quality, budget, and customer satisfaction</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee all technical aspects of the system, including formal development milestones such as design reviews, integration, testing, trials, and platform integration</div><div style="text-align: left">Prioritize engineering activities and guide the selection between alternative solutions</div><div style="text-align: left">Allocate development resources in coordination with the division head and business unit leader</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure successful completion of system integration, development, documentation, and release commitments</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Physics</div><div style="text-align: left">Minimum 5 years of proven experience leading multidisciplinary system development projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in work plan creation and budget management</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in developing military-grade electro-optical systems – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with airborne platform integration – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong system-level understanding and engineering insight</div><div style="text-align: left">Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate and guide teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written)</div><div style="text-align: left">Quick learner with strong analytical and prioritization skills</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive<br>#Rehovot</div>
