<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For Elbit site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone or Haifa we are looking for an Aeronautical Technical Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role in the aerospace engineering domain, leading multidisciplinary teams and driving the development and structural enhancement of airborne platforms. The position combines both technical depth and project leadership within a leading defense organization that values innovation, technological excellence, and meaningful contribution</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Design and develop airborne structures</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead structural upgrade programs for airborne platforms</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead a team of engineers and additional support functions in a matrix environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Be responsible for the engineering deliverables of the program from initiation through development, verification, prototype, and serial production</div><div style="text-align: left">Act as the technical counterpart and right hand of the Program Manager within the IPT team, working across multiple internal and external stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage the engineering plan including preparation and control of the GANTT</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure technical compliance with defined program requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Hold joint responsibility for meeting quality, schedule, and cost targets</div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare and manage engineering design reviews</div><div style="text-align: left">Coordinate between multiple engineering disciplines and take part in key decision points</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering - Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">M.Sc. - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience in structural design and/or aircraft modification design</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in technical leadership for aerospace projects - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to learn and master new technical domains</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in writing and managing technical specifications and development plans</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong ability to influence without authority and to lead cross-functional collaboration</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in managing subcontractors and consultants in various engineering fields - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with civil and military aviation standards - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
