We are looking for<div>An Operational Product Manager to join our Aerospace division at our Haifa site, leading the definition and evolution of advanced Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and intelligence systems for military and civilian applications.</div><div>This is a unique opportunity to combine operational expertise with product leadership and R&D collaboration. You will shape mission-critical systems from concept to deployment, working at the intersection of technology and real-world operational needs. If you thrive on bridging the gap between the field and the engineering floor – come be part of the team that turns ideas into impact.</div><div>In this role you will</div><div>Define CONOPS, operational use cases, and system-level product requirements for UAS and intelligence platforms</div><div>Take part of the full product lifecycle – from definition and development through integration, testing, and operational delivery</div><div>Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, and UX teams, maturing new ideas into deployable products through prototypes, demonstrations, and user experiments</div><div>Contribute to mission-oriented product roadmaps, aligning operational needs, user experience, and technology maturity</div><div>Support marketing, sales, and business development activities in Israel and internationally by providing operational insight and product positioning</div><div>Requirements</div><div>Academic background in Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, Product Design, or a related field - advantage</div><div>Proven knowledge and experience in Operational Product Management or similar roles</div><div>Strong military operational background in complex, technology-driven environments, with emphasis on UAS / UAV systems</div><div>Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organization</div><div>Experience with UX/HMI design, field experimentation, or operational validation of complex systems - advantage</div><div>Fluent English, both written and verbal</div><div>High analytical capability with the ability to quickly understand complex operational and technological domains</div><div>Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into clear product requirements</div><div>*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div>#Haifa</div>
