<div style="direction: ltr">We are looking for a Space Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end programs involving the development and production of advanced space cameras, working closely with customers and driving complex, fast‑paced program execution</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Responsibilities:</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Lead programs from contract award through execution, deliveries, and ongoing support</div><div style="direction: ltr">Build and manage work plans while maintaining scope, resources, and challenging schedules</div><div style="direction: ltr">Manage ongoing communication and relationships with customers</div><div style="direction: ltr">Identify and initiate business opportunities and strengthen customer engagement</div><div style="direction: ltr">Lead cross‑functional matrix teams across development, production, procurement, and additional technical disciplines</div><div style="direction: ltr">Prepare and deliver presentations and program reviews to management and customers</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Requirements:</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant Management field</div><div style="direction: ltr">MBA – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Advantage for managing large‑scale, development‑ and production‑intensive programs (tens of millions of dollars)</div><div style="direction: ltr">Advantage for experience working with MAFAT</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong interpersonal skills, team leadership, assertiveness, and pragmatic problem‑solving</div><div style="direction: ltr">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English</div><div style="direction: ltr">Openness to feedback, strong learning orientation, and system‑level thinking</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">*Only suitable candidates will be contacted</div><div style="direction: ltr">#Rehovot</div>
