<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">At the Cyclone site we are looking for a CNC Engineering Team Leader to lead the CNC Engineering domain. You will drive advanced aerospace manufacturing technologies and deliver end‑to‑end technological solutions. Join us to shape robust, efficient and safe production processes while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across the plant</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the CNC Engineering team</div><div style="text-align: left">Plan, monitor and manage departmental tasks while providing responsive service to supported departments</div><div style="text-align: left">Coach and train interface teams and team members, deepening knowledge of manufacturing processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Own process planning for machining of metals and composite materials, develop manufacturing processes, design fixtures, tools, dedicated equipment and gauges, perform measurement on CNC machines, prepare CNC programs, and lead NPI from development to production</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide production support and backup to ongoing manufacturing, including problem solving across the product lifecycle</div><div style="text-align: left">Author procedures and SOWs in technical Hebrew and English</div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare cost estimates for new projects to support proposals</div><div style="text-align: left">Serve as the top technical authority for approving manufacturing deviations and for obtaining engineering approvals and proposed design changes with the relevant authorities</div><div style="text-align: left">Maintain ongoing professional collaboration with all plant functions</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the training and professional development of department employees</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering; M.Sc. in a relevant field - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing technologies and metal machining within production environments; experience managing a team - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands-on experience with machining equipment and with the Siemens 840D controller - required</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with metal manufacturing processes, products and technologies, including metrology, robotics, coatings, heat treatments and automation; experience with composite materials - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Full proficiency with CAD/CAM systems; knowledge of CATIA - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven ability to write specifications, technical documents and SOWs - significant advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Hebrew and English at a high level</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
