You will drive mission‑critical, multidisciplinary projects that combine complex software and advanced algorithms, translating operational needs into real impact in a dynamic defense environment. If you enjoy end‑to‑end ownership, system thinking and working closely with cross‑functional teams — join us</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Own all system engineering activities across the project lifecycle</div><div style="text-align: left">Analyze customer needs and translate them into clear engineering</div><div style="text-align: left"> requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Work with development teams to design complex system architecture</div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare and participate in requirements and design reviews with stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Serve as Product Owner in agile teams responsible for developing and testing software products</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead integration and testing of software and hardware, including hands‑on technical work</div><div style="text-align: left">Deploy solutions at customer sites</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">BSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in software development</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in software project management or software system engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with Agile methodology - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">High proficiency in English and Hebrew, spoken and written</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong leadership in a matrix environment, excellent communication skills and system thinking</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left"># Netanya</div>
