<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for an Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our team</div><div style="text-align: left"> This is a meaningful role within a leading defense and aerospace company, responsible for managing all quality aspects in complex programs while ensuring compliance, excellence, and customer satisfaction</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage quality within aerospace programs across all quality aspects, from contract initiation to program completion</div><div style="text-align: left">Participate in reviews, prepare quality plans, and monitor implementation</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and manage quality processes throughout aerospace projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements, and support external audits</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure organizational compliance with customer requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage quality processes including MRB, CAPA, and failure investigations</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with composite materials - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience leading employee teams - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with aerospace quality standard AS9100 - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge of CATIA - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in the Air Force - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong self-learning abilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Capability to lead and drive cross-organizational processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with multiple interfaces and with customers in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of English</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
