You will play a key role in advanced manufacturing processes at the forefront of defense technology, taking full ownership from development transfer through serial production. Join us and be part of a team that directly shapes how complex, cutting-edge products come to life</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Take full responsibility for production line processes – from development transfer to serial production</div><div style="text-align: left">Support complex, cutting-edge products across all aspects of design for manufacturability, automation and maintainability</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the NPI process: transferring products from development to production and integrating them into technological production lines</div><div style="text-align: left">Define manufacturing processes, characterize and plan fixtures, and lead cost reduction projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Write production files and work instructions, perform controlled assemblies to improve and validate product design</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide real-time engineering solutions, technical support and lead failure investigations for production issues</div><div style="text-align: left">Work with data to control manufacturing processes and identify failure points</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of proven industry experience</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in NPI (development to production transfer) - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with electronics manufacturing and assembly processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in SolidWorks</div><div style="text-align: left">High-level technical English</div><div style="text-align: left">Assertiveness, ability to drive processes and work in a multitasking environment under pressure, high service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
