<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">A Project Manager for the UAV plant at our Aerospace site in Carmiel. You will take full ownership of serial production projects — from order intake through delivery to the customer. Join us and be part of a meaningful defense mission, leading complex cross-functional processes and making a direct impact on project success</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Manage and lead production projects from order receipt and cost proposal through to customer delivery</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and on-time quality (OTQ) in accordance with contractual commitments</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage operational KPIs across multiple interfaces including cash flow, inventory, quality and costs</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead proactive risk management throughout the lifecycle of serial projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Own end-to-end delivery from serial order initiation to final customer delivery</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive the transition from NPI phase to serial production</div><div style="text-align: left">Foster alignment and engagement across all functions to meet project objectives</div><div style="text-align: left">Serve as the point of contact (POC) for program managers and UAV engineering</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor's degree</div><div style="text-align: left">Engineering degree - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain or engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in project management - significant advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">High-level English proficiency, including presentation skills for customers and external stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work across multiple interfaces, proactivity, matrix-based leadership and decision-making capabilities in a dynamic and challenging environment</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
