In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers while remaining hands-on with infrastructure, code, and delivery pipelines. If you’re passionate about scalable architecture, modern DevOps practices, and creating impact through technology—this is the place for you.</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and grow a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and clarity in daily tasks</div><div style="text-align: left">Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure in AWS, On-Prem, and hybrid setups</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive strategic adoption of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (ArgoCD)</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI</div><div style="text-align: left">Stay hands-on in developing automation scripts and infrastructure components using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and modern languages such as Java</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage containerization and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes—EKS/OpenShift, Docker)</div><div style="text-align: left">Implement advanced observability and monitoring practices with Prometheus and Grafana</div><div style="text-align: left">Maintain security standards across pipelines and platforms, including vulnerability scanning, SBOM, and secure container practices</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with development and architecture teams to align DevOps vision with business and delivery goalsPromote a culture of </div><div style="text-align: left">automation, reliability, and continuous improvement<br><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements<br></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education</div><div style="text-align: left">5+ years of experience in DevOps, managing production-grade environments</div><div style="text-align: left">3+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Deep expertise in AWS, On-Prem, and hybrid cloud architecture</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift) and container orchestration</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps (ArgoCD)</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge of at least two programming languages among Java, Golang, Python, Rust</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, SaltStack)</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, SBOM management, and secure container practices</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent communication and collaboration skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Advantage – Experience with multi-cloud architecture (Azure, GCP), platform engineering, or infrastructure design</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered<br>#Ramat Gan</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
