<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead the development of advanced wireless communication systems, including Software Defined Radios (SDR) and Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANET)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirements definition to production and customer delivery. Drive multidisciplinary engineering teams across system engineering,</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">software, firmware, RF, hardware, mechanics, applications, simulations, and verification. Work closely with the business unit and customers to ensure technical solutions meet both strategic objectives and customer needs</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Responsibilities:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Own the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to validation and manufacturing</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Oversee system design, electronics and RF development, mechanical integration, and testing to ensure seamless execution and adherence to military standards</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Collaborate with the business unit and customers to ensure technical solutions meet strategic objectives and customer needs.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Ensure timely and quality delivery of technical solutions while managing risks and resolving issues</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Qualifications:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience in PCB design, RF systems, embedded systems, and mechanical integration</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience in program or project management, ideally in the field of multidisciplinary product development and transitioning designs to production</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience in customer engagement and business aspects.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Background in wireless communication systems is highly desirable</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both development teams and stakeholders across the entire organization</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Netanya</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
