<div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Job description</div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">We’re looking for a Senior System Engineer to lead end to end system definition, integration, and validation of satellite communication (SATCOM) solutions within our radio development portfolio.</div><div style="text-align: left">You’ll translate operational needs into robust architecture, requirements, and interfaces; orchestrate multi disciplinary trade offs across RF, modem, embedded SW/FW, networking, and mechanical domains;</div><div style="text-align: left">and drive lab/field integration toward production readiness.</div></div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">What you’ll do</div></div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Own system engineering across the lifecycle—CONOPS, use cases, requirements, ICDs, architecture, and design reviews, through integration, verification, and qualification.</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate across disciplines (RF, software, networking, cyber, mechanical, etc.) and with product/program teams to balance performance, cost, schedule, and risk.</div><div style="text-align: left">Author SE deliverables: system specs, ICDs, test plans/procedures, acceptance criteria, user/ops considerations, and contribution to certification/qualification documentation.</div><div style="text-align: left">Plan and manage lab and field trials: bring up, integration, performance & environmental testing; analyze results and drive corrective actions through </div><div style="text-align: left">cross functional teams.</div></div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">What you’ll bring</div></div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Deep SATCOM expertise (GEO/MEO/LEO concepts, terminals vs. hubs, antennas/pointing & tracking, modem/waveform fundamentals, link budgets, BER/EB/N0, availability).</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven system engineering experience delivering complex, multi disciplinary communication systems from early concept through integration and acceptance.</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent technical writing and communication skills; comfortable leading reviews and driving decisions across stakeholders.</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands on with RF & modem/DSP fundamentals (filters, modulations such as QPSK/QAM, FEC, synchronization, timing) and system modeling (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) – an advantage.</div><div style="text-align: left">MANET experience (mobile ad hoc routing behaviors in contested, low capacity, high dynamics environments; protocol familiarity such as OLSR/BABEL/DSR; performance trade offs). – an advantage.</div><div style="text-align: left">Tactical networks & communications knowledge (waveforms, soldier/vehicular/airborne radios, interoperability, voice/data services, LPI/LPD/AJ considerations). – an advantage.</div><div style="text-align: left">Tooling: MATLAB/Simulink, OPNET (or equivalent), scripting (Python), RF test equipment and automation – an advantage.</div></div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Qualifications</div></div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">BSc in Electrical/Communications/Computer Engineering (or related).
