<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Elbit Systems is looking for a Technical Manager to work with the U.S. market and the Israeli Air Force, based at the Aerospace Division site in Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Main Responsibilities:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Working with various customers in the American market and with the Israeli Air Force, with emphasis on major platform manufacturers such as Boeing and end users</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Leading and managing, in a matrix structure, all multidisciplinary project teams including hardware, software, FPGA, mechanics, and more</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><b>Requirements</b>:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">B.Sc. in Electronics / Software / Systems / Aeronautical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">At least 3 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary projects involving hardware, mechanics, and software</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong familiarity with Head Systems architecture and military standards — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">High level of English</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Solid background in hardware / software / systems development — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience in writing requirements, design, and testing documents — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Proven ability to lead and motivate teams</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">#Haifa</div>
