This is a key and independent role with professional influence and an opportunity to shape future system developments.</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will:</div><div style="text-align: left">Define system requirements and lead requirement management processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead design reviews and be responsible for system performance analysis</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage integration and testing activities with development teams and customers</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive independent development processes within a multidisciplinary matrix environment</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements:</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or another Engineering discipline - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience in development or system engineering of complex multidisciplinary systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience leading engineering development processes within a matrix organization</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to define, analyze, and document system and interface requirements, and build and maintain system architecture</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with electro-optical systems - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with airborne military systems - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong technical communication skills in English</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">System-oriented mindset, thoroughness, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered<br>#Rehovot</div>
